Guests who stay consecutive nights are supposed to have the same menu for dinner?
We prepare different menus for guests in order to enjoy every night. For breakfast, we serve Japanese style and Western style meals on alternate days.
Can I ask to arrange cakes or flowers for our anniversary?
Please ask us in advance. We will try to support you as much as possible.
Does my cell phone work?
Some places are unstable for network on Yoron island, docomo and au may have stronger signals.
Can I use internet?
Wi-Fi is available at our main building. Some rooms may not have a good connection. (available in the Lobby) We also provide mobile router for guests who stay at the annex. Please ask our staff when you need it.
Can I use credit cards?
We accept major credit cards (JCB, VISA, MASTER, Diners, and AMEX) for payments.
Do you have washing machines?
Yes, we have laundromats at the main building and annex.
Are there any shops or convenience stores nearby?
There are some shops and convenience stores within 5 minutes by bicycle or car, though it is a little far to walk.
Can you arrange delivery service?
It is available for sending and receiving packages. Please contact the front desk.
